Our quote form asks for your name, phone number, postcode and project notes. Your name and phone number are required so we can reply; your postcode and project notes are optional. Please only include information relevant to the work you would like us to discuss.
Why we use your details
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and arrange a survey. If you decide to go ahead, we may also use them to organise and communicate with you about the resulting work.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract if work goes ahead. We also rely on legitimate interests where needed to manage enquiries and keep relevant records of our dealings with customers, taking account of your privacy and rights.
Storage, sharing and retention
Enquiries are stored in the site's secure hosting database and sent to us by email. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide those services. Access is limited to what is needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work.
We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing. We keep them only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, including relevant record-keeping obligations. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.
Cookies and other website services
We have not installed analytics or advertising trackers on this website. You do not need an account to send an enquiry. Cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver the website may be used by its hosting services.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our area pages contain embedded Google Maps.
